Plano Traffic Ticket Attorney | Speeding Ticket Lawyer

Traffic Ticket Attorney Represents Juveniles in the Plano Municipal Court
The Plano Municipal Court has jurisdiction over juveniles (persons 16 years of age or younger) charged with Class C misdemeanor offenses except public intoxication. All juveniles are required to appear in open court for all proceedings in their cases. The parent of any juvenile charged in municipal court is required to be present in court with his or her child. Juveniles who fail to appear in court may have an additional charge of failure to appear (FTA) filed against them. Juveniles who fail to appear or who fail to pay their fine will be reported to the Department of Public Safety which will suspend their driver's license. If they do not have a driver's license, they will not be able to obtain one until they appear in court. Juveniles will be notified by mail of their court date and must appear in person with their parent or guardian. Contact me if you need an attorney to help represent your minor child in court at 817-685-0912.
Plano, Texas Speeding Tickets Defended By Attorneys

Jack Byno & Associates defend Plano speeding tickets and other traffic violations. I am Jack Byno and I only represent clients in the traffic courts of the greater Dallas - Fort Worth area. It has been my practice since 1994 and it is all I do. Other attorneys may go to the municipal court and represent a client now and then with a speeding citation, but very few have the experience that I do. in most cases I can appear in court on your behalf and workout a deal for deferred adjudication (probation) to keep the violation off of your driving record. By law, not everyone qualifies for probation, so contact me to see what can be done with your speeding ticket at 817-685-0912.

CDL Defense Attorney Helps Truck Drivers In Plano, Texas

The problem for CDLs is that they are not eligible for a Drivers Safety Class (DSC) and are prohibited from being placed on a deferred adjudication (probation) in Plano, Texas. That significantly cuts back on their options. In most courts, Jack Byno can work out a deal to minimize the damage or reduce the points. However, sometimes a driver just cannot take any more points against his record. In this situation a commercial driver can retain Jack Byno & Associates to fight his traffic ticket and have a trial. To discuss your case contact Jack Byno, attorney at law  at 817-685-0912.
